... Ottawa, Ontario ... September 12, 2011 The Right Honourable Stephen Harper Prime Minister of Canada House of Commons Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0A6 Dear Prime Minister, In a pre-9/11 CBC interview you told Peter Mansbridge that you consider the major threat to Canada to be “Islamicism.” I tend to agree. It’s not bombs that will decide the fate of Western Civilization but words. Words that inform the generations on whose shoulders the fate of humanity rests, what this threat, which, for better or for worse, finds its inspiration in the Koran and the words of the Prophet Muhammad, is all about – and words is what I am all about. My website Boreal.ca is rapidly becoming a destination of choice for those who want to get to know God’s Messenger and the Koran better and their influence on the Sharia. Some visitors must be confused as to what a book about corruption at the Department of Foreign Affairs is doing on a site where the central topic is now Islam. It’s simple. I need the money to maintain and improve* my small contribution to the fight to preserve, what Columbia Professor Mark Lilla calls “the fragile exception”, the Civilization born out of the Renaissance and the Enlightenment. I hope that someone who reads the antiquated story of how I was robbed of my pension and who is in a position to make things right, will, and end the confusion as to the raison d’être of Boreal.ca. Perhaps you are that person. As to my words, in this battle of words, you will find a sample in my complimentary copy of Shared Prophets, a book which gathers together all the relevant revelations about the biblical heroes, and the odd villain whom Allah invited to strut their stuff on His stage, the Koran. Sincerely Yours
